Ingredients
- 1 c. melted butter
- 2 c. uncooked rice (not minute)
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans onion soup
- 2 cans mushrooms
- liquid removed
- 1 (4 ounce.) jar minced pimentos
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Check for it needs to be moist.
- This is delicious with cranberry salad!
- (Chicken breasts could be laid on top of rice and cook for complete main dish.
