Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grape juice
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 pound marshmallows
- 1 pound grnd graham crackers
- 1 pound Brazil nuts
- 1 pound walnuts
- 1 pound pecans
- 1/2 pound almonds
- 1/2 pound figs
- 1 (15 ounce.) box seedless raisins
- 14 ounce. grated coconut
- 1 pound candied cherries
- 2 candied orange peels
- 2 candied lemon peels
Instructions
- Heat grape juice and orange juice.
- Pour over marshmallows and let heat.
- Chop all remaining ingredients, except those for garnish and combine in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour marshmallow mix over top of other ingredients; mix well.
- Line a tube pan with wax paper.
- Pack mix into pan and let stand overnight.
- Remove fruit cake from pan and decorate with pineapple slices, cherries and nuts.
