Ingredients

  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • melted
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Makes 2 pies.
  2. Spread 1 c. of coconut in each unbaked pie crust.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients by hand.
  4. Pour mix over coconut.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
