Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N MASH Cut Russet Potatoes", "2 Tbsp. butter", "1-1/2 cups ORE-IDA Chopped Onions", "1 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground sage
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon

Instructions
- Microwave potatoes as directed on package.
- (Do not mash.)
- Meanwhile, melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 6 to 8 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add sour cream, cheese, vinegar and sage; mash to desired consistency.
- Stir in onions and 1/3 cup bacon.
- Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
