Tuscan Red Pepper Appetizer Spread
Ingredients
- 3 green onions
- chopped
- divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers
- drained
- patted dry and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
Instructions
- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- onions for later use.
- Beat remaining onions with all remaining ingredients until blended.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with reserved onions before serving.
