Ingredients
- 1 lb. baking potatoes (about 3)
- peeled
- cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
- 1 red pepper
- chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- drained
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with chicken; drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 30 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
