Ingredients
- 3/4 pound turkey tenderloin steaks
- Non-stick spray coating
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Rinse turkey and pat dry.
- Spray large skillet with non-stick spray.
- Preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Add in turkey steaks and cook for 8-10 min, turning once.
- Remove from skillet, keep hot.
- Meanwhile, stir chicken broth, skim lowfat milk, flour, honey, chives and dash of pepper.
- Add in broth mix to skillet.
- Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
- Cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in mustard, heat through.
- Makes 4 servings.
- Serve over rice.
