Whole wheat tortilla chips and cheddar cheese for the top.
Instructions
Brown the ground turkey in a couple of olive oil until throughly cooked.
Add Cumin and Chili powder, salt and pepper to taste while browning.
After the meat is cooked, I use a paper towel to blot out all the oil, then add the Rotel tomatoes and black beans until warmed through.
Put a serving of whole wheat tortilla chips on a plate and some cheddar cheese on top of them and warm this up in the microwave for 25 to 35 seconds until the cheese is melted, then put about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the ground turkey mixture on top of the chips and eat.
