Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon
- cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- sliced
- 6 green onions
- sliced
- 8 oz. medium egg noodles
- uncooked
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- cubed
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 small tomato
- chopped
Instructions
- Heat turkey bacon in nonstick skillet on high heat 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir 4 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package directions in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
- Drain.
- Return noodles to saucepan and add all remaining ingredients except tomato.
- Cook and stir on medium heat until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle with tomato.
