Ingredients
- 8 slices Italian bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces thinly sliced turkey
- 4 ounces thinly sliced italian salami
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 slices Fontina cheese
- 34 cup roasted red pepper
- 12 cup chopped kalamata olive
Instructions
- Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
- Place on work surface, oiled side down.
- Top 4 bread slices with turkey, salami and cheeses.
- Arrange peppers and olives on top.
- Top with remaining bread.
- Grill 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
