Ingredients

  • 8 slices Italian bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced turkey
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced italian salami
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 slices Fontina cheese
  • 34 cup roasted red pepper
  • 12 cup chopped kalamata olive

Instructions

  1. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
  2. Place on work surface, oiled side down.
  3. Top 4 bread slices with turkey, salami and cheeses.
  4. Arrange peppers and olives on top.
  5. Top with remaining bread.
  6. Grill 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
