Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna
- 1 stalk celery
- finely chopped
- 34 cup mozzarella cheese
- shredded
- 14 cup pesto sauce
- prepared
- 14 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 whole wheat tortillas
- cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except tortillas & cooking spray).
- Spread 1/3 on half of each tortilla.
- Fold into a half-moon shape.
- Coat each side of the tortillas with cooking spray.
- Grill about 4 minutes per side, or until cheese has melted and tortillas are toasted.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
