Ingredients

  • 60 vanilla wafers
  • finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • melted
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine wafer crumbs, nuts and butter in 13x9-inch baking dish; press onto bottom of dish.
  3. Bake 8 min.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. Slice bananas; spread over crust.
  6. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.
  7. ; spread 2 cups pudding over bananas.
  8. Stir 1 cup Cool Whip into remaining pudding; spread over dessert.
  9. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
  10. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
