Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd pork
  • 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 pound grnd veal
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl.
  2. Transfer to skillet and cook over low heat for one hour.
  3. (If needs thickening, add in boxed mashed potato flakes.)
  4. Fill pie crust; make slits in top crust and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.
