Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 whole head Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 Pepper
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and stir-fry in a pan with sesame oil until fragrant.
- Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.
- Add the pepper and Chinese soup stock and stir-fry over high heat.
- Add the soy sauce, toss, and serve.
- This recipe also works with ong choy (Chinese water spinach).
