Ingredients
- 8 cups sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat groats
- 4 cups sprouted and dehydrated sunflower seeds
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut
- 2 cups sultana raisins
- 1 cup soaked and dehydrated nuts
- 12 cup dried fruit
- 12 soaked and dehydrated chopped dates
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed container.
- If doing your own dehydrating be sure that the sprouts, nuts and dates are completely dry to avoid spoilage.
- Prep time includes sprouting and drying.
