tomato sandwiches w/ lemon pepper mayo
Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cup low fat mayo
- 1 lemon
- 1 black pepper
- 1 salt
- 6 bulkie rolls
Instructions
- prepare the mayo.
- in a small mixing bowl add the mayo, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, and 1tbs of ground lemon rind.
- mix together.
- slice the tomatoes into 1/4 in slices.
- place the mayo spread on the bullied rolls.
- then place 2-3 slices of tomatoes on each.
- enjoy!
- add Bacon and lettuce for amazing blt's!
