Ingredients
- 4-5 tomatoes
- feta cheese or possibly fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion
- black olives
- fresh basil (about 10 leaves)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamico
- garlic pwdr
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut tomatoes, feta or possibly mozzarella and onions and prepare it on a dish; first tomatoes, then onions, then the cheese.
- Lay the basil leaves on top.
- Mix the oil and balsamico with some garlic pwdr (or possibly fresh garlic) and seaon to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serves 4.
