Tomato Round Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. round steak
  • 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 4 ounce. water

Instructions

  1. Place round steak in 9x13 baking pan or possibly roasting pan.
  2. Pour on tomato sauce then sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Add in 1/2 can water; cover and place in 275 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hrs.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
