1 -3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (as much as you prefer)
3 -4 tablespoons olive oil (as much as you prefer)
2 -4 teaspoons salt (optional)
3 -5 teaspoons pepper (optional)
Instructions
Slice the mozzarella logs into 1/2 inches or so slices and the big tomatoes about he same and the baguette a bit bigger.Cut the bigger tomato slices in half.
*optional drizzle olive oil and balsamic on the bottom of the plate.
put the bread down on the plate then the sliced tomato and mozzarella and basil on top of the bread.
shake on some salt and pepper then pour over olive oil and balsomic vinagar.
