Tom and Jerrys for 2
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 12 ounces brandy
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 12 ounces milk
- nutmeg
- cinnamon
- clove
- allspice
Instructions
- Heat milk.
- Separate the egg.
- Beat the egg white until soft peaks formed.
- Beat the egg yolk until smooth, blend in sugar and spices.
- Fold in the whites.
- Divide the batter, the brandy, and rum between the mugs.
- Top up with hot milk.
- Top with nutmeg.
