Tofu stuffed with vegetables

Ingredients

  • 13 pieces tofu thats already fried and cut in a square (make a hole on whatever side but make sure doesnt break the other sides)

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil on the pan and saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
  2. Then add bean sprouts,carrots,cabbage,ground black pepper and salt.
  3. Cook until wilted or approximately 7 minutes.
  4. Remove and allow to cool.
  5. Once cool put the stuffings into the tofu.
  6. Mix all the ingredients to make batter in a bowl,make sure that the batter is slightly thick not so watery.
  7. Then dip in each tofu .
  8. Heat oil on pan and fry tofu stuffed with vegetables until golden brown.
  9. Tofu stuffed vegetables is ready to serve with bite of chilli padi absolutely yummy.
