Ingredients
- 350 grams Tofu/ Cottage cheese
- 250 grams onion
- 250 grams brocolli
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 cup burnt chilli garlic dressing
- 1 tsp oregano
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 zuchini
Instructions
- Cut all ingredients into small peices
- Boil water.
- Put brocolli and zucchini in hot water for 10 min
- Heat olive oil in pan and put oregano in it.
- Put cottage cheese and saute for 1 minute.
- Put diced onion, bell pepper,broccoli, zucchini
- Put burnt chilli garlic dressing with salt to taste and saute for 1 minutes
- Serve hot
