Ingredients

  • 2 bowls Plain cooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp *Dashi stock granules
  • 1 + 1/2 teaspoons *Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp *Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the rice with the ingredients marked * and firmly shape.
  2. Cook both sides in a pan with no oil.
  3. Try not to touch them too much and cook over low medium heat.
  4. They contain sesame oil so remember to form them firmly.
  5. It's easier to eat them if you wrap in plastic wrap or foil.
