Tippys Famous Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 6 natural casing all beef hot dogs
• 6 slices thick cut bacon
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Franks red hot sauce", "6 new england style split top buns", "onion", "cheese

Instructions

1. heat cast iron pan and add bacon.
2. remove bacon when crisp and add butter and franks red hot sauce to bacon fat.
3. add hot dogs and cook approx 6-8 minutes until crisp and brown on the outside.
4. steam buns while dogs cook.
5. add chopped onion, cheese, or other toppings of your choice.
6. enjoy!
