Tinklee's French toast

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup half and half (milk will work)
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 8 slice texas toast (regular bread works fine)

Instructions

1. lay bread out first so it airs out a lil, (this allows for it to absorb the egg mixture better)
2. Beat eggs together, then add in half&half, sugar and vanilla
3. Heat griddle to about 350F, butter griddle, Dip bread in egg mixture coating both sides and place on griddle,
4. fry until a nice golden brown then flip over and fry the over side until nice golden brown also, remove from heat, and enjoy
