Ingredients
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 14 cup butter
- softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon dried basil
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 12 lbs tilapia fillets
Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Grease a broiling pan.
- Combine all ingredients except fish in a small bowl.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan.
- Broil a few inches from heat for 3 minutes, turn and broil for 2 minutes more.
- Spread on topping and broil 2 minutes longer or until topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- DO NOT OVERCOOK.
