Three of a Kind Citrus Sherbet

Ingredients

• 1 grapefruit
• 1 orange
• 1 lemon
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups water
• cold
• 1 egg white
• stiffly beaten

Instructions

1. Extract juice from fruit; add sugar and water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Freeze to slush.
3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white and continue freezing until firm.
