Ingredients

  • 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place in blender the evaporated lowfat milk, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Blend till smooth.
  3. Heat mix in a small saucepan over medium-low heat till thickened.
  4. Stir often.
  5. Pour over steamed vegetables such as broccoli.
  6. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
