Three Cheese Sauce For Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place in blender the evaporated lowfat milk, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
- Blend till smooth.
- Heat mix in a small saucepan over medium-low heat till thickened.
- Stir often.
- Pour over steamed vegetables such as broccoli.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
