Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 8 ounce. lasagne noodles
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. minced pimento
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mushrooms
- sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
Instructions
- Saute/fry onion and green pepper in butter.
- Stir in soup, lowfat milk, mushrooms, pimento, and basil.
- Layer half of noodles.
- Cover with half of chicken, half of cottage cheese, half of soup mix, and half of Cheddar cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- End with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
