Ingredients
- 8 cups cheese
- dip con queso
- 4 tablespoons ground beef
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 pinch cumin
- 2 teaspoons green onions
- chopped
- 2 teaspoons red bell peppers
- chopped
- 2 jalapenos
- chopped
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
Instructions
- Cook red bell peppers on medium heat in olive oil until tender.
- Remove and set aside.
- Cook ground beef until browned.
- After browned, add cumin and taco seasoning, green onions, jalapenos, red bell peppers and water and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
- Deep fry simply potatoes hash browns until crispy.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add con queso cheese and continue cooking on low heat while stirring continuously.
- Add fried hash browns and stir for two minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve as dip.
