- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 12 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 tablespoons tomato powder
- 5 tablespoons cumin
- ground
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons dried ancho chile powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder (your favorite blend)
- 8 -10 dried red chilies (whole)
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup lard (melted)
- 1 lb dried red beans (rehydrated)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- minced
- 8 cups chicken stock
