Ingredients

  • 2 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 lb Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp File
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • extra virgin
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 4 cup okra
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Chop the jalapenos.Chop the asparagus.
  3. Slice the okra on a bias.
  4. Saute them in the oil 3 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes.
  6. Stir well add fennel seeds, salt, File, basil, and oregano.
  7. Simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Add the parmeaan cheese.
  9. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  10. Let sit 10 minutes.
  11. Serve hope you enjoy!
