Ingredients
- 2 avocados (ripe
- peeled
- and pitted)
- 1 lime (medium and juiced)
- 14 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- chopped
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Place the avocados and lime in a medium bowl and lightly mash with a fork.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 3 hours.
