Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 8 slices Sour Dough Bread
- 8 ounces
- weight Fresh Mozzarella
- Slice Thin
- 4 Tablespoons Pesto
Instructions
- Preheat your pan over medium low heat.
- Spread evenly and thinly about a tablespoon of butter per (2) slices of bread.
- Lay the bread (buttered side down) onto the preheated pan.
- Layer mozzarella and a tablespoon of pesto.
- Top with the second slice of bread (buttered side up).
- Flip when nice and golden and repeat.
