Ingredients

  • 200 grams Ground pork and beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 Green raisins
  • 2 blocks Japanese curry roux
  • 80 ml Water
  • 1 for frying Oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions (coarsely chopped is fine).
  2. Saute the onions until they become semi transparent, and saute the ground mixed meat until it browns completely.
  3. Turn off the heat, make an indent in the center, add water and curry roux in the hole, and break up the curry roux while soaking to dissolve.
  4. Evenly mix throughout, turn the heat back on, add the mixed veggies and raisins, evaporate the water a bit, and it is done.
