Ingredients
- 200 grams Ground pork and beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Green raisins
- 2 blocks Japanese curry roux
- 80 ml Water
- 1 for frying Oil
Instructions
- Finely chop the onions (coarsely chopped is fine).
- Saute the onions until they become semi transparent, and saute the ground mixed meat until it browns completely.
- Turn off the heat, make an indent in the center, add water and curry roux in the hole, and break up the curry roux while soaking to dissolve.
- Evenly mix throughout, turn the heat back on, add the mixed veggies and raisins, evaporate the water a bit, and it is done.
