The Butcher's Ham Cutlets
Ingredients
- 6 slice Ham
- 100 ml White flour
- 1 egg Beaten egg
- 200 ml Panko
- 1 Frying oil
- 1 Shredded cabbage
- 1 lemon
- grain mustard
- sauce
Instructions
- Group 3 slices of ham together and coat with flour.
- Dip in beaten egg, and coat in panko.
- Heat the oil until 340F/170C, and fry until golden brown.
- Arrange on top of shredded cabbage in a bento box.
- Serve with lemon and grain mustard.
