Thai-style Stir Fried Garlic Minced Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minced Pork
  • 1 Cilantro
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice

Instructions

  1. Chop up cilantro roots and garlic.
  2. Add pepper and salt.
  3. Grind them with mortar and pestle.
  4. Hot pan with some vegetable oil.
  5. Add the herb paste we just made.
  6. Fry them until the smell comes out.
  7. Add minced pork.
  8. Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  9. To serve , finish off with some ground pepper and cilantro.
  10. Enjoy with rice.
