Ingredients
- 500g pork fillets
- 3/4 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 200g thick rice stick noodles
- 150g snow peas
- blanched and shredded
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1 red capsicum
- sliced
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped mint
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander
Instructions
- Marinate pork in 1/2 cup dressing for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Cook thick rice stick noodles according to the manufacturers instructions.
- BBQ or char-grill pork until just cooked, rest in aluminium foil for 15 minutes, slice thickly.
- Combine rice stick noodles, snow peas, bean sprouts, capsicum, mint, coriander and remaining 1/4 cup of dressing.
- Serve topped with the pork.
