Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic cloves minced
- 1 quart beef stock
- 1/2 cup water as needed
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce or Tamari sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
- 4 cups pasta
- elbow macaroni
Instructions
- In a large pan, brown beef with onions, drain fat.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, cover and cook 10 mins.
- (until macaroni is tender).
- Add grated cheddar or parmesan cheese and scallions.
