Ingredients
- 1 large tomato
- chopped
- 2 green onions
- thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- warmed
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Whisk whole eggs and egg whites until blended; pour into large nonstick skillet.
- Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until soft set, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon eggs onto tortillas; top with cheese, tomato mixture and cilantro.
- Fold in half.
