Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (9 inch)
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup drained canned corn
- 4 green onions
- sliced
- 1/2 cup rinsed canned black beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
Instructions
- Layer chicken, corn, onions, beans, salsa and cheese on half of each tortilla; fold in half.
- Cook, 1 or 2 at a time, in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
- on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
