Tennessee Boiled Custard Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 quart. lowfat milk
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a double boiler, scald lowfat milk.
- Beat Large eggs, add in sugar and salt to Large eggs.
- Add in with marshmallows to warm lowfat milk.
- Cook till it coats the spoon.
- Add in flavoring.
