  • 400 grams Thinly sliced pork for making ginger pork

  • 1 tsp Doubanjiang
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 for frying Oil

Instructions

  1. Rub sugar and sake into the pork, and let the pork soak up the liquid.
