Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Cooking sake
- 2 pinch Salt
- 3 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Green onions or scallions
- 1 dash Roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Pierce both sides of the meat with a fork, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put the chicken from step 1 and the marinade ingredients marked in a bowl.
- Rub the chicken with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Coat a heated frying pan with oil, and fry the chicken until both sides are browned.
- Then drizzle in the sake, cover with a lid, and steam.
- Season with the ingredients marked .
- Once it starts to glaze, add the mayonnaise, and then sprinkle in some green onions and sesame seeds to finish.
