Tender Chicken Breast with Sweet and Salty Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp Cooking sake
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 3 tsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Green onions or scallions
  • 1 dash Roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Pierce both sides of the meat with a fork, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the chicken from step 1 and the marinade ingredients marked in a bowl.
  3. Rub the chicken with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Coat a heated frying pan with oil, and fry the chicken until both sides are browned.
  5. Then drizzle in the sake, cover with a lid, and steam.
  6. Season with the ingredients marked .
  7. Once it starts to glaze, add the mayonnaise, and then sprinkle in some green onions and sesame seeds to finish.
