Ingredients
- 3 sm. pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Large eggs
- well beaten
- 14 graham crackers
- crushed
- 1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c. sugar; beat in Large eggs.
- Mix cracker crumbs and cinnamon; stir in butter.
- Press crumb mix in baking pan.
- Pour in cream cheese mix.
- Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees.
- Cold.
- Mix lowfat sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla.
- Spread over crust.
- Bake for 10 min longer.
- Yield 1 pie.
