Tahini Free Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 2 can chickpeas
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp lemon grass olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas and half a lemon in blender.
  2. Chop garlic, pine nuts, and squeeze lemon into separate mixture.
  3. Combine mixture with salt and water, blend until smooth.
  4. Add additional spices as desired.
  5. Scoop as much of the hummus from the blender as possible.
  6. Top off with olive oil, quartered cherry tomatoes, and basil.
  7. Enjoy!
