Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix flour, cornmeal, onion; add in butter, water and stir till dough holds together.
- Press in bottom and sides of large pie plate, ungreased.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till light brown.
- In large skillet brown beef, drain.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix, add in 3/4 c. water and simmer 20 min till liquid is reduced.
- Stir in corn and cook till thoroughly heated.
- Spread in baked crust.
- Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
