Ingredients
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 -2 serrano pepper (chopped)
- cayenne pepper (lots for me)
- 12 cucumber (chopped without seeds)
- 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
- water
- 12 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
- In a small saucepan on Medium heat.
- Melt sugar in the vinegar.
- add oyster sauce.
- add pepper and cucumber.
- Saute for 5 minutes.
- Mix Cornstarch in a cup with water.
- Add to thicken recipe.
- add Cayenne pepper and lime zest.
- Divide into 4 portions.
- Use as a dipping sauce.
