Szirka (Easter Cheese)

Ingredients

• 1 quart milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 8 -10 eggs
• 14 teaspoon ground cloves
• salt

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to curdle.
3. Pour into a cheesecloth bag or cheesecloth lined colander to drain and set as it cools.
