Ingredients
- Swordfish
- 1 med. tomato
- 1 sm. green onion
- sliced thin
- 1 1/2 ounce. minced feta cheese
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Core tomato, cut tomato in 1/2 horizontally.
- Remove all inside soft part leaving only the outer shell.
- Cut shell into 1/4 inch sliced pcs and add in to onion and cheese.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Grill Swordfish and serve with relish.
